We recently worked with Terri Lynn Gibson to sell our cottage on Parry Island. Both Terri Lynn and the staff at her office were great at keeping us informed about when the cottage was going to be shown and by whom. She was easy to access by text, email and on her cell at pretty much all hours of the day and all days of the week. We did some improvements to the cottage during the listing period which made the cottage more attractive to potential buyers and Terri Lynn pointed out that we should improve our dock sooner than later.
